Liberal activists follow Sen. Sinema into the bathroom in a foolish attempt to persuade her to support President Biden’s irresponsible $3.5 trillion reconciliation plan.
STALKING SINEMA: THE BIDEN VARIATIONS
-Scott Johnson, Power Line Blog

Following remarks on raising the debt ceiling yesterday — remarks whose gist was that Republicans are bad — President Biden took a few questions from the press (White House transcript here). Republicans are guilty of using “procedural tricks” and “elaborate procedural schemes” that call for numerous votes. It’s “a Republican stunt”! Republicans are “playing Russian roulette with the U.S. economy.” Bad!

The stalking of Senator Sinema in the ladies’ room by the thugs of LUCHA received President Biden’s qualified blessing. It seemed to amuse him. On the one hand, the tactics are “not appropriate.” On the other hand, “it happens to everybody” and “it’s part of the process.” It’s nothing to get excited about. You can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs, baby.  read the rest here

John Ondrasik’s powerful protest song, BLOOD ON MY HANDS is not only a wonderful piece of music, it contains a deeply profound message.

It is a powerful indictment of the strategic failure of Biden administration policy in Afghanistan… a policy which not only abandoned Americans and our allies, yes, U.S. citizens, but also abandoned our very principles.
Protest songs in the sixties were championed by progressives, popular culture and the mainstream media. These same entities are now virtually ignoring this serious, thoughtful, passionate and amazing work of art.

Having spent time on the ground all over Afghanistan, in my travels with the USO, it was difficult to watch this heartbreaking conclusion to the decades of service and sacrifice by our troops and their allies.

As my friend John says, “This is NOT a political song. It is a moral song. It is a humanitarian song."

And it is a song that EVERYONE should hear.

Please share it with all of your friends.
